How Kozedor handles the details you leave on this website.

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Who is responsible

KOZEDOR B.V., Bunderbos 3, 2134 RM Hoofddorp, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 99428458, is the controller for the data collected through this website.

Questions about your data or about this policy can be sent to info@kozedor.nl.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you enter yourself, plus limited technical data when you consent to it.

If you complete the quote form, we receive:

  • your name, telephone number and email address
  • the product you want a quote for
  • your postcode, house number, street and town
  • details about the project: property type, number of windows or doors, replacement or new build, approximate dimensions
  • any photographs, drawings or documents you attach
  • your preferred means of contact and any message you add
  • the page you arrived on, including advertising campaign parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid)

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message.

If you consent to analytics and advertising cookies, usage data is also collected — your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Without that consent, none of it is.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, survey your home and produce a quote — basis: performance of, or steps preceding, a contract.
  • To carry out and honour an order, including service and warranty — basis: performance of the contract.
  • For our financial administration — basis: legal obligation.
  • To measure how the website is used and how advertising performs — basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Kozedor B.V. does not sell your data, and passes it on only where that is needed to carry out our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation.

Part of it is handled on our behalf by service providers: hosting of the website, storage of enquiries and their attachments, delivery of e-mail, and — only with your consent — measurement of our advertising. We have a processing agreement with each of them holding them to the same standards of security and confidentiality, and Kozedor remains responsible for what is done with your data.

  • When you type a postcode and house number into a form, those two values are sent to a national address register so the street and town can be completed for you. Nothing else about you goes with them.
  • Providers used to measure advertising may process data outside the European Union. They are loaded only after you accept analytics and advertising cookies, and they are named in our cookie policy.
  • Nothing is passed on for anybody else's own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Kozedor B.V. does not keep your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected for. In practice that means:

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an order: 24 months, so we can find an earlier conversation if you come back to us.
  • Data belonging to an order: 7 years, the statutory retention period for business administration.
  • Contact form messages: 24 months.
  • Attached photographs and drawings: alongside the enquiry they belong to.

If you want to be removed sooner, you can be — see below.

6. Seeing, correcting and deleting your data

You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. You may also ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to its use, and receive it in a common file format so that you can take it elsewhere.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Cookie consent is withdrawn with the 'Cookie preferences' button on our cookie policy page, which is linked in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was done while it was given.

Send your request to info@kozedor.nl and we will answer within one month. We may ask you something to confirm the request really comes from you, so that nobody else can obtain your data simply by asking for it.

If you are not happy with the way we handle it, you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live.

7. Security and decision-making

The website is served entirely over HTTPS, and enquiries are accessible only to staff who need them. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

8. Changes

If the way we process data changes, we will update this policy and the date at the top.
